The Four Leaf Rover Seven Shrooms is more expensive than Dr Mercola, Mushroom Complex.
The Barker & Whiskers Mushroom Complex is grown on oats, ( US organically certified) for 30-80 days so that the oats are digested by the mycellium and when the mushroom biomass reaches 5% moisture, it is milled into a fine powder and is ready for use.
The Four Leaf Rover Product, Seven Shrooms is grown in greenhouses on natural wood and substrates in filtered air. The whole mushroom is then double extracted and gently powdered, tested for safety and the beta-glucan content. This product is naturally low in starch.
Both are good quality products where nothing else is added, however we could only find exact Beta Glucan content information on the Seven Shrooms. Four Leaf Rover pride themselves on a minimum Beta Glucan content per pot. A whole jar of Seven 'Shrooms averages 34.6% beta-glucans.
